AquaNova water purifier utilizes a combination of effective technologies to render water pure and safe to use. While the major purification technology used in this system is Reverse Osmosis, the complete system is a combination of several technologies, which ensure complete removal of harmful contaminants present in water. It removes insoluble impurities, soluble impurities, chemical impurities as well as biological impurities to give pure water. This is achieved by a multi-stages filtration process, which comprises of the following:

1. The first stage consists of an In-line Sediment filter, which is made of spun PP fibres of smaller pore size and filters suspended particles.
2. The second stage consists of an In-line Pre-carbon filter, which consists of a block of Activated Carbon. These have very high surface area and remove contaminants through adsorption, a process in which dissolved contaminants adhere to the surface of the carbon particles. Pre-Carbon filter can remove organic impurities and chlorine. They are very effective in removing tastes and odours.
3. The third stage consists of HDM technology. This changes the uneven molecular structure of water, makes it unidirectional, and breaks down minerals. In this stage, water is completely magnetized. This makes water healthier, improves alkalinity, and enhances the life of the RO membrane.
4. The fourth stage consists of a Reverse Osmosis Membrane, which has extremely tiny pores of 0.0001 micron size and can filter out most of the inorganic contaminants and microscopic parasites, including viruses, which may cause serious health hazards. It uses high-quality RO membranes with food-grade preservatives.
5. The fifth stage uses one of the world’s best NSF-certified Antioxidant cartridges, also known as an Alkaline cartridge. This changes the acidic RO water into basic in nature. These antioxidants simply give back essential minerals, which were taken away while purifying the water. This also balances ORP and pH levels of water.
6. The sixth stage comprises an Ultrafiltration membrane in hollow fiber geometry. It is effective in the removal of colloids, proteins, bacteria, pyrogen (e.g., gram-negative bacterial endotoxins), and other organic molecules larger than 0.01 micron in size.

Installation Steps:

• The installation is to be carried out by a trained RO Installation Technician.
• Hang or Place the RO machine under the Sink / Counter back wall. Connect the water inlet with the water input connector and outlet to the pressure tank.
• Output, the purified Alkaline water, to be connected with the inlet of the steel faucet, provided.
• Steel faucet to be fixed on top of the sink.
• Throw the first 5 Litres of water before you start drinking the water.
• Your machine is ready.

Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

• AquaNova UTS Alkaline RO is warranted for one year against any manufacturing defect. Teknovus undertakes to repair the product within one year from the date of purchase.
• Within the warranty period, we guarantee service/repair of any defects in the product resulting from faults in material or workmanship by either repairing or replacing the complete unit.
• This warranty does not cover: Damage due to improper use, accident damage caused by the act of God, pick-up/drop of the product. Repairs done by any service technician other than an authorized customer service center are not covered under warranty.
